1. Nature of the Service and Limitation of Liability

This software, its related calculation algorithms (including the tool known as the “AR Necessity Checker”), and the information contained in the Authorized Representatives (AR) directory are provided exclusively for informational purposes and as e-commerce technology automation tools. RepFinder.eu does not provide legal, environmental, tax, or corporate advice.

The output generated by the software does not constitute a legal opinion or an official certificate of compliance. European regulations on EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) and PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation) are subject to continuous changes and interpretations by the authorities of the Member States. The user has an inescapable obligation to verify the results of the software with qualified professionals before undertaking any commercial or cross-border activity.

2. Exclusion of Liability for Third-Party Services (AR Directory)

RepFinder.eu indexes and displays public data or data voluntarily provided by third-party professionals (Authorized Representatives). RepFinder.eu does not conduct auditing or supervisory activities, nor does it guarantee the solvency, operability, or formal regularity of the third-party entities listed. Any contractual relationship is formed exclusively between the user and the third-party provider. RepFinder.eu is not responsible for non-performance, penalties, financial losses, or fraudulent conduct by indexed ARs.

3. Limitation of Liability Cap

In no event shall RepFinder.eu, its founders, or its licensors be liable to the user or third parties for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or the blocking of marketplace accounts (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Shopify). The maximum aggregate liability of RepFinder.eu for any dispute arising from the use of the software is limited and shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by the user to RepFinder.eu in the six (6) months preceding the damaging event, or the flat sum of €100.00 (one hundred euros), whichever is lower.
